• Creating comprehensive meeting profiles and Requests for Proposals

• Researching possible event venues, narrowing the field to those that fit your needs in space, amenities and budget

• Researching area locations

• Setting up site inspections

• Negotiation of rates, space, upgrades, staff rates, complimentary rooms and other specific needs

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts

• Handling all contact with venues until a contract is approved and signed

• Being available, off site, for consultation and trouble-shooting through planning and duration of event

• Creating post-event reports

How It Works

In order to be able to provide these services at no cost to our clients, we work with venues on a  commission basis on guest rooms used in conjunction with meetings, conferences, conventions, retreats and incentive travel.  We serve clients whose needs vary from ten to hundreds of hotel rooms per night. 

The Inn Pros, Inc. is a completely independent entity and owes allegiance to no one but its clients.  Previous experience in the hotel industry, knowledge of the meeting industry and the large number of rooms we book annually have held us in good stead — both in negotiation and client satisfaction.
